The Dividend Policy for Qatar Oman Investment Company has been prepared in accordance with the requirements of the Corporate Governance Law and the Legal Entities listed in the Main Market and in accordance with the Commercial Companies Law No. (11) of 2015 and the Company’s Articles of Association Article (70) Paragraph (1).
This Regulation shall determine the Company’s policy and procedures related to the distribution of profits, the announcement and the time of payment . The Company undertakes to disclose any changes to this Policy.

Receiving dividends
Qatar Oman Investment Company signed a contract with the Commercial Bank of Qatar to distribute the company’s dividends to the shareholders.

To register for the automatic transfer of profits to the bank account, please provide the details of shareholders bank and contact information to Qatar Central Securities Depository by filling out the form (Application for Amending Shareholder Data) with Qatar Central Depository Company and stamping it from the bank to authenticate the bank account number Or request a letter from the bank stating that the shareholder is a customer with the bank indicating the name, account number, IBAN and SWIFT code (if any) and sending the original to Qatar Central Depository Company by hand or on PO Box 433 Doha – Qatar.
