Discloses of the financial statement year 2018

Qatar Oman Investment Co. disclosed its financial statements for the period ended on 31.12.2018 .

The statements shows that the net profit is QR 4.38 Million Compared to net profit amounting to QR 9.33 Million For the same period of the previous year.

Earnings per Share (ESP) amounted to QR0.14. For the period ended on 31.12.2018 compared to ESP amounted to QR0.30 for the same period of the previous year.

The Board of Directors discussed profit distribution and decided to raise its recommendation to the General Assembly for the approved of the distribution of 3% cash dividends which representing 30 Dirhams per share.
