Disclosure of the financial statement year 2014

Qatar Oman Investment Company discloses the financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2014.

The financials revealed a net profit of QR 26 Million in 2014 versus QR 20 Million in 2013 and the Earnings per Share (EPS) amounted to QR 0.825 in 2014 compared to QR 0.629 in 2013.

The Board of Directors discussed profit distribution and decided to raise its recommendation to the General Assembly for the approved of the distribution of 8% cash dividends which representing 80 Dirhams per share .
