Disclosure of the financial statement year 2013

Qatar Oman Investment Company discloses the financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2013.

The financials revealed a net profit of QR 19.8 Million in 2013 versus QR 18.8 Million in 2012 and the Earnings per Share (EPS) amounted to QR 0.629 in 2013 compared to QR 0.596 in 2012.
The Board of Directors discussed profit distribution and decided to raise its recommendation to the General Assembly for the approved of the distribution of 6% cash dividends which representing 60 Dirhams per share .
