Qatar Oman Investment Company announces that the company’s board of directors will be holding a meeting on Sunday, January 31, 2010 to discuss the following:
(1) Review and approved the draft of the audited 2009 financials and proposed dividends.
(2) Review 2010 budget in comparison to 2009 budget and related expenses.
(3) Review the company’s strategic plans as well as other matters.
The company also announces that its Ordinary General Assembly Meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 2, 2010 at 6:00 PM. At the Diplomatic Club and then alternate meeting will be on March 9, 2010, same venue and time.
