The company Participates 5% in Tilal Project and Qatar Driving School Project

Qatar Oman Investment Company announced the results of its Board of Directors meeting held on Wednesday, December 30, 2009.  The board has discussed the following:

1- Participation in Al Tilal Project in Oman

 The Board discussed the participation in Al Tilal Project and decided to participate in the project as follows:

5% of the value of the project, which is 160 million Qatari Riyal.

2-Participation in Qatar Driving School project

The Board discussed the participation in Qatar Driving School and decided the follows:

Participating in the project by 5% of QR 5 million.

In addition, discussed the follow up of the administrative procedures and previous diversions
