Disclosure of the Financial Statement 2nd Quarter 2009

Qatar Oman Investment Company discloses the semi annual financial statements for the period ending June 30, 2009.

The reviewed financial statements for the period ending June 30, 2009 revealed a net profit of QR 14.8 million in comparison to a net profit of QR 17 million for the same period last year.

The company’s Earning per Share (EPS) amounted to QR 0.49 as of June 30, 2009 versus QR 0.56 for the corresponding period in 2008.
