Setting a date to discloses the Financial Statement 3rd Quarter 2008

Qatar Oman Investment Company announces that its Board of Directors will be conducting a meeting on October 18, 2008 to discuss the following items:

(1)    3^rd quarter financial statement results for the period ending September 30, 2008;

(2)    Participating in Horizon International projects (under development) in Muscat, Oman;

(3)    Participating in various residential complexes project (under development) in Muscat, Oman;

(4)    Any new items related to the feasibility study of establishing Qatar Oman Investment Company in Muscat, Oman.
