The Doha Securities Market (DSM) received a notification letter from Qatar Oman Investment Company stating the postponing of Qatar Oman Investment Company’ Board of Directors meeting to be held on Monday, February 18, 2008 at 10:30AM.
DSM has previously received a notification letter from Qatar Oman Investment Company notifying of the postponing of their Board of Directors meeting from Tuesday February 12, 2008 to Sunday, February 18, 2008 in order to discuss the below items at the time of the meeting:
(1) The Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2007.
(2) The Investment and Consultation Committee’ Report.
(3) The company’s Investment Plans
(4) The Budget for the year 2008.
(5) Any new development related to the feasibility studies of several projects.
(6) Latest development concerning listing the company’s shares at Muscat Securities Market.
